Napoleon the Crow

Postby rollinson » Tue Mar 13, 2007 10:50 am

Hello Everyone;

I am trying this nervously for the first time and am not sure if I've done the image properly here. Forgive me if it doesn't show up and please give me some pointers as to how to post it.

The image is of my carving called, "Napoleon the Crow". It was commissioned by a lady in Rhode Island and was completed in January 2007. I will give you my website, in case this image doesn't turn out.

My work represents the mixing of the Acadian and Mi'kmaq cultures that are part of my ancestry. "Napoleon the Crow", is a Medicine man dressed as a crow, ready to perform ceremony. You can read and see more about him on my website: www.geocities.com/shamiward

Thank you,
Ken Rollinson

Hi Ken,

I went to your web site and copied the three URL's for the photos of your carving.

The instruction on how to do this are covered in the first post in the reader's gallery on how to post a picture.

Thanks for sharing your work!

Thanks for sorting that out for me. I will read the article and try again with some of my other photo's. Thanks for your help.
