Now you gals made me feel bad, so I had to go and do an Avatar for you.

It is a Mesquite burl, that was all grey and then I polished some of it up to make it shine a bit. It has a kind of natural heart in the piece of Mesquite

I then took a piece of Alabaster Stone and made a little Alabaster Heart and cut out a little piece in the middle and hung it on the Mesquite burl.

It was a little gift for my bride of 44 years, although she says she is only 39 years old.

Gene .... 44 years of marriage?
Kathy ... 45 years?

Good grief .... and I thought I was reaching some incredible mark because this spring husband and I will reach (maybe - if we last that long) 37 years.
We all sure got married YOUNG.

When any of you are traveling (except  Dave of course - lol  ) I'm west of St. Louis, between I-70 and I-44.

Please feel free to PM me anytime. I'd love to meet you and yours.

I know Kenny and his wife will be here sometime.... at least I hope so.
