I would like to make my Picture on my posts much smaller ,or how do I delete this one?
it is so dificult to do pictures here any posibility that this may change??

For this specific image, go to the photobucket site where you have it stored, edit it to make it smaller, and then put it back in the same place with the same name.

I don't know how to edit photos on a PC, but on a Mac there's a control in iPhoto that lets you do it.

I think John mentioned Avatar photos should be about 80x80 pixels. Your current one is 200x265 or something like that. Just reduce the size and it should work good.
I did about twice the size mistake, I had in my head it was 400x400 and when I put that in my Avatar almost took half the page. OOPS.....
